Tim Glowa
Professional Experience

Tim is recognized for his hands on project management and excellent client management skills. Tim’s ability to see the big picture focuses attention and resources on providing actionable research solutions. He has collaborated with many of the leading academics in the field of modelling consumer behaviour and discrete choice modeling. He is currently the President of North Country Research inc., a boutique strategic consulting firm delivering strategic marketing science to clients world wide.  

 

Tim, a former researcher with Canadian Airlines, has applied discrete choice modeling in the telecommunications, banking, insurance, and airline industries for clients in Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Tim has a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary, and is currently pursuing his MBA part-time.

 

Personal

He currently lives in Calgary Alberta with Wendy and Jack (the dog). An avid fly fisherman, he recently purchased a McKenzie river drift boat with a few friends and can often be seen pursuing trout on Calgary's famous bow river. In addition, he is a part owner of a wine importing company, Cascade Mountain Trading Company.
